These terms apply when you use purelyawakened.com or buy from Purely Awakened LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Effective October 25, 2026.

Orders and pricing

All products are made to order in small batches. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we will refund you in full if we do. Taxes, where they apply, are added at checkout.

Payment

Payment is due when you place your order. By ordering, you confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.

Using our products safely

Our products are for external use only. Patch test before first use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Please read the ingredients before you buy and do not use a product if you are allergic to any ingredient. Our Product and Wellness Disclaimer is part of these terms.

The text, photos, labels, designs, guides and logos on this site belong to Purely Awakened LLC. You may use them for your own personal use, but you may not copy, sell or share them without our written permission. Our free and paid guides are for you only and may not be resold.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, try to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful.

No guarantees about results

Our products and guides are provided as they are. Everyone's skin and body are different, and we do not promise any particular result.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Purely Awakened LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total responsibility for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid for the product involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
