Shipping and Returns

Every Avani product is made to order in small batches, so please allow 3 to 7 business days to make and ship your order. Effective October 25, 2026.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States.
• Shipping is a flat $6.00 per order.
• When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
• Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Once an order leaves us, the carrier is responsible for getting it to you.

Returns and refunds

Because our products are made to order and are for personal use, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at ataber@purelyawakened.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you.

If you have a reaction

Stop using the product right away. If you have a reaction, contact a healthcare provider, and please let us know at ataber@purelyawakened.com so we can follow up.

Order changes and cancellations

Since we begin making your order soon after you place it, please email us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel it. We cannot guarantee a change once we have started.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address that was entered by the customer.
